They stated that the new version of this engine to increase performance up to 20%. In addition Avira Antivir version 8 this, also comes with GUI (Graphical User Interface) is new.
Additional facilities or in the version 8 is as follows:

* Failsafe System facilities still provide protection even though the update failed
